I’ll be surprised if the chocolate industry isn’t behind this one

Dark chocolate can reduce the risk of serious heart disease, according to a new study in Heart. Researchers at University Hospital in Zurich studied 20 smokers to determine how white and dark chocolate affect arterial blood flow. Dark chocolate –with 74% cocoa solids– helped, but white chocolate –with only 4% cocoa– didn’t.
