A silver lining in Katrina?

Some Republican lawmakers are proposing to delay implementation of the Medicare drug benefit in order to help offset the costs of Hurricane Katrina. Considering the damage the drug benefit will cause the nation financially, any delay is good.Too bad there's little chance this attempt will work.
