I hope it's true
Premiums for consumer directed health plans rose by 3.4% at the end of 2004/start of 2005 compared to 9.6% for all plans, according to a survey of health plans by United Benefit Advisors. I'd like to believe that the lower inflation level is due to the superiority of consumer directed plans. However, it seems just as likely that plans are pricing consumer directed offerings attractively to encourage uptake.I learned about it from Modern Healthcare.
