Can Wal-Mart help Romney?

A New York Times article describes Wal-Mart's new health plan, which has a similar objective to the one Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney is looking at: provide affordable health care for the working class. Like the Massachusetts plan, the Wal-Mart plan has high deductibles. But Wal-Mart has taken an interesting approach to preventing under-utilization by exempting the first three doctor visits from the deductible.
