Blues to offer debit card

According to Modern Healthcare, The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association is partnering with Visa to offer a Blues-branded Visa debit card to patients to pay for health care expenses. The card will be featured as part of consumer-directed health plans created by the Blues and will work with HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs.Such cards already exist. For example, Evolution Benefits offers the Benny Card that does the same thing.
