Innocent until proven guilty?

Maybe Boston Globe reporter Jonathan Saltzman read Dr. Segal's message to him about an alternative, metabolic explanation for the alleged ethylene glycol murder. In any case, today's article (Proving poisoning may test the DA) at least grudgingly concedes that the case could be difficult to prove. However, the Globe is still implying that guilt is a near certainty.I hope the metabolic possibility is at least investigated.
