Will the Medicare drug benefit reduce Alzheimer's?

As the initial signup date for the Medicare drug benefit approaches, major media including the New York Times and Boston Globe have reported on how confusing and complicated it is for seniors to understand what the benefit means for them and to select a specific plan. I expect enrollment to be much lower than projected as a result.But let's look on the bright side. All that complex, sustained mental activity is supposed to help seniors ward off Alzheimer's isn't it?
