Spin, spin, spin

Let the spinning continue. As expected, the Bush Administration is touting good news on Medicare Part D enrollment. According to HHS Secretary Mike Leavitt, voluntary enrollment is running ahead of schedule. Even if true, those figures are from before the screwed up launch of the program this month.
