Body armor?The Bush administration proposed charging veterans for their health care, but the Senate voted it down unanimously. As the costs of veterans' care increases as a result of general health care inflation and demographics plus the effects of Iraq and Afghanistan, proposals like this will make their way back onto to the table and eventually into law.See Kaiser's Daily Health Policy Report for more.
