Pre-Rounds and Pre-Certification

Nick Genes' "pre-rounds" interview with me is posted at Medscape, a day after I hosted Grand Rounds on the Health Business Blog. It's a flattering writeup featuring MedTripInfo, my new medical tourism/medical site, so thanks as usual to Nick.The concept of "pre-rounds" reminds me a little bit of "pre-certification," a process that sounds like it precedes the event but actually occurs around the same time or a little bit later. In the case of "pre-rounds" there's no harm done.
