Leapfrog Group picks Quantros to administer Leapfrog Hospital Survey

The Leapfrog Group, which provides public reporting on hospital safety, quality and efficiency has selected Quantros to administer its online hospital survey. The win is a big one for Quantros, an up and coming data management and decision support company, which ousted Thomson-Reuters Healthcare to gain the business. From the press release:

“Thomson-Reuters has served us extremely well since our founding ten years ago, so we were particularly selective in replacing them,” said Leapfrog CEO Leah Binder, “In Quantros we have a business partner that shares our passion for improving safety, quality, and efficiency of American hospitals, and brings an extraordinary team of experts to assure Leapfrog data is not only collected and reported competently, but used effectively to improve healthcare.”Leapfrog first put out a request for proposals back in September. After a months-long search and review of highly qualified companies, Leapfrog selected Quantros based not only on their technical expertise and reputation for customer service, but also on the alignment of the organizations’ missions, visions for patient safety, and passion for change in the way health care is delivered. Quantros demonstrated the ability to not only administer the online survey for hospitals, but also take Leapfrog’s Survey Data out to new audiences and markets where it can be used to accelerate the adoption of best practices and inform hospital choice.

Congratulations to Quantros and Leapfrog.
