IBM health insurance exchange story: I'm quoted

My quick piece on IBM's shift of eligible beneficiaries to a health insurance exchange has attracted some interest:

• I'm the main source for a Triangle Business Journal article (Don't panic if you got IBM's retiree health exchange memo) aimed at the many IBMers in that part of the country
