I was interviewed on NPR's Marketplace about the tightening of prescribing rules for hyrdocodone-containing drugs like Vicodin. The new rules will depress demand and cut sales. Although it may make life more difficult for some people with chronic pain, it's the right thing to do because it will reduce drug abuse.Listen to the segment here.
