Larry Diamond is a competitive guy and has been successful in his career based on doing things he was told weren’t possible. As CEO of Mitesco he’s redefining primary care and prevention. Mitesco uses the Patient Activation Measure or PAM to help providers determine how to work with individual patients.Mitesco’s nurse practitioners work face to face with patients and conduct telehealth visits. They see their patients multiple times a year --and have much more interaction than the typical primary care doctor. Mitesco is building out facilities in Minnesota including near the Vikings training center--and then in Colorado, Arizona and Florida.
