Health Wonk Review is up at Managed Care Matters

Joe Paduda has his hands full with the Shutdown, Obamacare, and other matters of great import edition of the Health Wonk Review blog carnival. Honestly, an edition devoted to the startup of the health insurance exchanges would have been beefy enough, but here we also have posts on the shutdown, hospital billings and population health.Joe hopes (and I second) that the next Health Wonk Review will not be the default edition.
